ADHD in Adolescents and Adults

A Workshop in Gold Standard Assessment and Treatment

Taken together, the high prevalence and burden of ADHD, documented gaps in timely best-practice assessment and management, and rapid expansion of GP responsibility in ADHD pharmacotherapy create a clear need for a focused, multidisciplinary education program. A course co-facilitated by an ADHD-experienced psychiatrist and psychologists, with an emphasis on gold-standard assessment, rational prescribing, side-effect management and systematic reassessment of efficacy, is well aligned with national guideline priorities, Senate Inquiry recommendations and RACGP expectations for contemporary GP practice in mental health. Approved for Mental Health CPD points.
